Riptide
The body of the guitar is carved and made out of a solid piece of wood. Is a beautiful crossover of classic designs and a very versatile instrument to play. Just like the ocean with it’s current that’s pulling to you, this instrument makes you want to play it again and again
The comfortable balanced body and warm tone encourages the player to create and inspire.
It features an alder or swamp ash body and a quarter sawn flamed maple neck.
With a 25, 5″ scale length, 1.65”/42mm nut and 9.5” - 12″ compound radius, indian rosewood fingerboard with 22 frets.
The neck has got a very comfortable ’63 inspired C shape profile,
together with the easy access neck joint and impeccable fret work that makes the player forget it’s boundaries and explore new.
The electronics come with the Clean up filter by Lex Bos on the volume knob. Each potentiometer is matched and voiced with the pickups. It has a master volume, master tone and a three or five way switch pickup selector. Available in different pickup configurations (2 humbuckers, Humbucker-P90, Humbucker-2 Single coils). The guitar has blend of hand wound pickups by: Häussel pickups, Klein, Radioshop or Nijssen pickups '63 inspired. All Nijssen Guitars are equipped with custom hand wound pickups and are matched with the guitar to make every instrument unique.
